"The stories we love best do live in us forever so whether you come back by page or by the big screen, Hogwarts will always be there to welcome you home." - J.K. Rowling

Since returning to London, it has been so much fun to revisit places and reminisce on old memories while simultaneously creating new ones with my husband. My last visit to the Warner Bros. Studio was in 2020, and there were even more additions to the set - and I was eager to also see it during the festive season. Hogwarts in the Snow is when the Harry Potter set is decked out for the Christmas period. This typically runs from mid-November to mid-January, and I highly recommend to visit during this time! I subscribe to the "Harry Potter films are year-round films," however I do adore having my HP marathons around Halloween + Christmastime. It just makes sense, no?

I will say that getting tickets during this period was a feat in itself since there is such high demand for the studios. But if you are diligent and can be a bit flexible (it helps that we are local), you can totally score last minute tickets.

I surprised my Gryffindor husband with an evening tour and it was so heartwarming to be with him to experience it for his first time. We enjoyed seeing it all, but to be welcomed into the Great Hall as it was decorated for Christmas dinner was the most special thing. We even witnessed a proposal within the first 10 minutes of entering the set! When I tell you, the atmosphere was truly magic.

I've said it before and I will say it again, if you are a fan of the series or film-making in general, it is absolutely worth the trip to Leavesden.

Until next time, Hogwarts.
